Hello, and welcome to Milagro.

Milagro is a bistronomic restaurant in the heart of Paris's 7th arrondissement, just a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower and Ecole Militaire. It's the second restaurant project from Chef Justin Kent after his popular coffee shop & eatery Zia around the corner.

At Milagro, Chef Kent and his équipe are all about bringing together fresh, quality ingredients to create harmonious, delicious recipes combining immaculate technique with culinary creativity. Our dishes are inspired by a variety of international cuisines, using only the best seasonal ingredients alongside a thoughtfully curated wine list.

There's nothing quite like spending time with loved ones around a table full of food, wine, conviviality and laughter. At Milagro (Spanish for "miracle"), you'll feel like you're dining at the home of a close friend -- who just happens to be a Michelin-trained chef!

After growing up in New Mexico, USA, Chef Kent's Parisian culinary adventure started in 2011 at L'Arpege, Alain Passard's famed 3-star Michelin restaurant. From there he cooked at Agape Substance (David Toutain) and Verjus (Braden Perkins) before starting out on his own.

In 2017, just 4 weeks after the birth of their daughter Élodie, Justin opened Zia -- beloved by locals and visitors alike, where quality coffee, unique brunch dishes, and seasonal lunch menus have made it TripAdvisor's #1 breakfast/brunch restaurant in Paris.

The dream to open a second restaurant started when an old abandoned cafe went up for sale nearby. After nearly two years of challenging renovations (and Covid), I am finally excited to say "We're Open" and welcome you into an extension of my home, Milagro.
