Hello,

and welcome to Milagro.

A bit about us ...

Milagro is a bistronomic restaurant in the heart of Paris's 7th arrondissement, just a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower and Ecole Militaire. It's the second restaurant project from Chef Justin Kent after his popular coffee shop & eatery Zia around the corner.

Meet the chef

After growing up in New Mexico, USA, Chef Kent's Parisian culinary adventure started in 2011 at L'Arpege, Alain Passard's famed 3-star Michelin restaurant.

From there he cooked at Agape Substance (David Toutain) and Verjus (Braden Perkins) before starting out on his own.

In
2017, just 4 weeks after the birth of their daughter Élodie, Justin opened Zia -- beloved by locals and visitors alike, where quality coffee, unique brunch dishes, and seasonal lunch menus have made it TripAdvisor's #1 breakfast/brunch restaurant in Paris.

Hello,
I'm Justin Kent !

"The dream to open a second restaurant started when an old abandoned cafe went up for sale nearby. After nearly two years of challenging renovations (and Covid), I am finally excited to say :

"We're Open" and welcome you into an extension of my home, Milagro.  "

At Milagro, Chef Kent and his équipe are all about bringing together fresh, quality ingredients to create harmonious, delicious recipes combining immaculate technique with culinary creativity.
Our dishes are inspired by a variety of international cuisines, using only the best seasonal ingredients alongside a thoughtfully curated wine list.
